Passed Hors d’oeuvres

  • Bruschetta grilled Country Bread Topped with Chunks of Ripe Tomato & Fresh Basil
  • Pesto glazed Cheese Tortellini Skewers
  • Vietnamese Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Chili Peanut Sauce
  • Crostini Toasted Baguette Rounds topped with Sun Dried Tomato Spread

Plated Dinner Menu:

1st Course: 

Kale Greens with Pear Tomatoes, Parmesan Toast in a Walnut Vinaigrette

2nd Course

Mixed Grill Entrees: Poached Filet of Salmon with a White Wine Basil Sauce and Wood Smoked Charcoal Grilled Filet Mignon served with Bleu Cheese Cream in a Smoked Whiskey reduction

Vegetarian Entree:  Rigatoni Primavera in a classic Alfredo Sauce

Sides: Quinoa Pilaf with Asparagus and Tomato in a Vegetable Stock and Blackened Zucchini with Parmesan Sliced Italian Pugliese Bread with a Whipped Rosemary Butter
