Here, you will find a guide to help us assure your event planning goes smoothly and executed as planned. Please take a moment to review the information we’ve provided and then sit back, relax and leave the heavy lifting to us.

Reviewing your documents assures that we are all on the same page and can avoid miscommunications or costly errors. Your DSE event staff is trained on helping you understand your options as well as guiding and preparing you for your great event.
Summary Of Charges & Contract
By now you’ve received your contract, signed and returned it. If not, please take a moment and execute this. Now it’s time to make sure your deposit is paid and your event is securely on the calendar.
Please make sure you are comfortable with the minimum guest numbers and the terms.

DSE offers many different entertainment options ranging from Interactive Entertainment, Industrial Theater, Live bands, Photo and Video Booths, Casino Games and more.
You’ll get a complete and detailed description included with your entertainment plan. Ask your DSE Rep about all your options, our complete line and price lists.
Event Lighting and Decor
DSE offers a complete line of affordable State of the Art LED Lighting packages as well as Theme Decor perfectly suited for your event and budget.

Event Details Guide
This will become the most important part of the success process.
As we get closer to your event date you will receive a detailed form that shows all of your deliverables and timelines. Please review this detail form making sure it is just as you expect. Let us know if you have any questions or need to make any changes in a timely manner.
We understand you may have some last minute changes or additions you want to make. Please help us keep our packages affordable by making these changes in time. Last minute changes and additions can cause delays and increase your costs.
Once this form is completed we will send you a final version for your signature before it’s handed off to your event manager for the day of event. We want your event to go smooth.
Please prepare for your Final Payment
Please help us pay all of our vendors, staff and event expenses on time. We value these relationships and we will always make sure you’ve received your final event invoice well prior to your event so you can be prepared to pay your final invoice as per the terms of your contract.
Should you need to pay your event balance on a Credit Card, as you may have with the deposit, please let us know and we’ll make sure you get a CC Authorization Form in time to complete and submit for your final payment.
